Customers may request a return within 1 hour of delivery only if one of the following conditions applies:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is expired
- The wrong item was delivered
- Correctly delivered products are not eligible for return

Refund Policy
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed according to the conditions below:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI
