At QuickMart, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality grocery products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 1-hour return policy under the conditions mentioned below.
Return Policy (1-hour Return Only)
Customers may request a return within 1 hours of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is expired
- The wrong item was delivered
- No correct products should be retun *
After 1 hours from the time of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods after 1 hours
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging (where applicable)
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 1 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
If approved, we may arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.
Refund Policy
Once the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
