Returns are accepted only within 1 hour of delivery for damaged, defective, expired, or wrong items.

At QuickMart, we work to deliver fresh and high-quality grocery products to our customers. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return within 1 hour of delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy.

This policy applies to eligible products purchased through QuickMart.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 1 hour of delivery only if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is expired
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Correctly delivered products are not eligible for return
After 1 hour from the time of delivery, return requests will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products Items that have been opened, consumed, or used cannot be returned.
Perishable goods after 1 hour Perishable products are not returnable after the 1-hour return window.
Customer mishandling Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
Missing packaging Products without original packaging are not returnable where packaging is applicable.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us within 1 hour of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Share clear photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
  • Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

If approved, we may arrange a pickup or provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed according to the conditions below:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
